Sometimes it's fun to set my camera to self timer and dance around in front of it, because I am just that much of a goofball. It's also kind of interesting to see what pictures you end up with. It takes a certain amount of confidence to stick yourself in front of a lens like that and then post said photos on the internet. I commend all the other bloggers out there that put their pretty faces on the web each day. It takes a certain amount of guts.
We went to visit with a couple of my absolute favorite teachers from high school this afternoon. My younger brother was apparently rather excited about the recent engagement and he couldn't help but tell two of my former teachers the happy news yesterday. We're from a small town that is home to an even smaller high school (my graduating class being just under 100 people), so everyone knows everyone and teachers tend to remember their students. These two made my high school career more enjoyable, and so I had to go in and say hi and chat with them about life.
It's strange being in that building after three years, but I really did love my time there and couldn't be more thankful to these two in particular for helping to shape me to be the person I am today. Teacher's have one of the toughest jobs out there, but these two are absolutely brilliant at what they do and I could never thank them or commend them enough.
